Sushi Kappo Aoki

A restaurant where dinner was canceled due to a hotel reservation failure and dinner was entered. Tsuwano set meal was 1,500 yen (excluding tax). It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Sushi is delicious. Besides ordinary nigiri, eel nigiri and sushi sushi were also delicious. The Kanto nigiri is refreshingly sweet, but the Kansai nigiri is a bit sweet. But it ’s unbearable!

I came to Tsuwano and used it twiceIt's a quiet and relaxing shop.Especially recommended is the Daimyo rolling, with around 9 kinds of ingredients rolled and you can enjoy various tastes.Also, because there is a lot of quantity (sensuously seafood rice bowl) If you ask alone, others will not be able to eat ......It would be better for two to ask one and add single item dishes.There is also local hot cooked rice.Because there are vessels at 50 yen or 100 yen, you can take it home.

It is a sushi place, but it also has the atmosphere of an Izakaya (pub). The food was very good, and there is a FULL ENGLISH MENU !!! Which is quite rare. The waitress was a bit... tired probably, as I felt I am east Europe again. Lets just say, It is difficult to get a smile from her. Average service (attitude) in Europe, but below than average in Japan. But the food was good.

Today's lunch is Aoki Sushi.Noon from 11:00 to 12:00 on the train. Sushi-style sushi made with Takatsugawa's natural rice cake was very delicious. Along with the cold sake from the brewery in Tsuwano, Shimane, we had a handful.A group of six customers suddenly came in, but the shop owner alone cut it down and refused.Reservation is recommended when there are many people. I jumped in while the shops were closed across the typhoon.We had a set meal of Tsuwano specialties and uzumemeshi.Umemeshi was like an Ochazuke with various ingredients, but it was delicious.The biggest hit is sashimi konjac!It ’s a good thing.After that, vinegar, wasabi soy sauce,Should this appeal to Tsuwano's specialty?I was satisfied.

This is sushi cooking. It seems to be a shop with a rich menu and a long history.We enjoyed "Imoni," a recipe unique to this region, with an elegant taste and aroma. The soup stock was delicious, and the "Uzume rice," which was steamed in a bowl of steamed rice and served as a soup, was also delicious.
